Throughout this 8-hour excursion to Teide you will enjoy more than spectacular volcanic landscapes.

Furthermore, on Teide Tour you will behold the volcanoes that caused the most recent eruptions in Tenerife. You will also learn how the Canary Islands were formed.

You will definitely want to play a mini quiz with your friends about the Teide after your VIP tour!

The Teide Tour does not include a meal; however, your group will have some free time to eat together and talk about all the fun you are having!

Important: the price for the option ''VIP- Private Tour '' includes a private tour for 4 people. If you want to add more people to your group, you must select the option ''VIP- Private Extra Person Excursion " and add it to the basket. Maximum of 8 people per group.

Restrictions:

  • People with heart problems, pregnant women, and children under 3 are not allowed to ascend by cable car due to the risk that high altitude poses to their health. If you have any health problems, consult your doctor before planning your visit or booking your Mount Teide Cable Car tickets.
  • In accordance with current regulations, persons with any physical disability or motor impairment are not permitted to make the ascent by cable car, because of the potential risks if the vehicle has to be evacuated.
  • It is essential to bear in mind that in the event of the failure of the cable car system due to unexpected technical reasons, passengers already at the upper station will have to make their descent on foot and using steep mountain paths.
Date changes or cancellations can be made free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the activity. After this period, the cancellation carries a charge of 50% of the amount. If the cancellation takes place with less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of the amount will be charged.

    This excursion was a great way to see Mount Teide. The coach was comfortable and the journey was good overall. The views and overall experience are amazing. We had a lovely driver and tour guide who gave us lots of information and translated into several languages. The tour lasted from our pick up at about 8am to 2pm

    A massive thank you to our driver Ronaldo and crew for an informative and great tour! Was fantastic and we really enjoyed it, only comment I have is the tour was advertised as 8 hours but was 5/6 hours. Would have been better to have more time to be able to explore Teide and the views! However, I would still highly recommend this tour as the views are stunning plus you’re in the safe hands of an excellent tour guide team.
