The hotel is located in the centre of Playa del Inglés, close to the Maspalomas dunes, 300 m away from the promenade and approximately 700 m from the beach. It is also very close to shopping centres, a chemist's, bus stops, a taxi rank, supermarkets, restaurants and clubs, all within a 50 m radius. There is a free bus service to the Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas beaches.

The suite-type rooms are equipped with a separate bedroom and lounge with two 1x2 metre beds or a 2x2 metre double bed, depending on availability. A fully fitted bathroom with hairdryer, ceiling fan, electronic hire safe, kitchenette, fridge, spacious lounge with telephone, TV and outward-facing balcony with views all come with the suites as standard.
