The Canary Islands are a natural habitat for the marine mammals of the North Atlantic. Scientistst have identified more than 30 different species.Enjoy the Dolphin & Whales search trip aboard the Spirit of the Sea. Our glass bottom catamaran contains sophisticated underwater microphones and cameras. A percentage of the tickets that you buy will contribute towards research of dolphins and whales in the area, which is being carried out by marine scientists onboard.This unique experience is due to the environmental and oceanographic reasons which favour the time and space relation between the food levels. As a consequence, the abundance and diversity of their favourite prey, turn us into privileged observers of many of these mammals.

Is there any parking? Is it on the street, private or public? :
There is a private parking next to the docking area (0,30 Euros for half an hour). Driving farther on to the docks (opposite the Timanfaya boat) there is also a public area for parking free of charge.

How do you get there by car? :
Drive towards Puerto Rico on the GC-1 (motorway) or the old road to Puerto de Mogán. When you arrive to Puerto Rico, head down to the left side of the bay where the bigger and sport boats are all docked. When you get to Portonovo appartments, please

Is it possible to get there by public transport? :
Yes.

Distance from the venue to the stop :
There are several bus stops in all resorts and they are normally situated no farther than 750 metres from the units. They stand by the main roads and are clearly indicated with green and white paintings on the road and the word Bus.

Yes. The access to the boat is made through a very narrow ramp where guests need to stand in line to access the boat. On the ship the movility is reduced almost none for wheelchairs.

No. The client would have to leave the wheelchair at the port and be transferred by the staff onboard the boat. The staff of the Spirit of the Sea is though always very helpful.
